Here are some companies that we have used – and they are all good:
CareCredit is endorsed by the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. It is the leading financing company for cosmetic plastic surgery needs and many other medical expenses. It acts similar to a credit card, but is limited to healthcare costs.
Surgery Loans also specializes in financing cosmetic surgery and has competitive rates.
CosmetiCredit: Now affordable surgery loans, including cosmetic surgery loans and plastic surgery loans are attainable. Many different financing plans are available to suit your individual needs.
MedLoanFinance is a broker who will work with you to find the best financing for you for your procedure. They say on their website "Your initial approval decision should be in a few minutes. If you are not approved we will pursue with some of our other lending partners which take up to 1 business day, as they give it their personal attention in trying to get you the best possible approval."
American Benefit Credit is also a broker who will find the best financing available for you for your procedure. They say on their website "The patient must be currently employed with a minimum gross income of $2000 per month; have at least two years of credit history established; show no open derogatory accounts on their credit report; and bankruptcies must be discharged for three years. If they do not meet one or more of these requirements; they may apply with a co-applicant who does, but the patient has to remain on the application."

PlasticSurgeryFinancing offers loans for all cosmetic and plastic surgery. You may use any doctor of your choice. You are under no obligation to incur any cost by applying for surgery financing.
FinancingPlasticSurgery is just a website that explains the ins and outs of financing your procedure. If you are not sure about how plastic surgery procedures are priced and paid and what financing is available, this site will help you to understand the process much better.
PatientSource is a funding company for plastic surgery. Their website says "Breast implants financing, Liposuction loans, breast lifts, even with bad credit and other elective medical surgeries! We offer services to help repair bad credit or to do self credit repair. We help put the funds together so that these procedures can be financed."
SurgeryFinancing.com says "Regardless of your previous payment record, SurgeryFinancing.com is available for personal cosmetic surgery loans at the touch of a mouse".
There are probably many other sources of loans for your procedure, but these are the ones that I am currently familiar with.
