The LipoPerfection® Technique
The LipoPerfection® technique represents a substantial evolution in liposuction technology. This treatment, based on the Silberg Tissue Preparation SystemTM, incorporates ultrasonic wave technology to disperse a wetting solution into the body fat before the fat is removed. This preoperative treatment hydrates body fat, making it easier to remove, and also minimizes complications such as bleeding. Liposuction in Stockton
After preoperative LipoPerfection® treatment, Dr. Silverton removes fat deposits from the body using a suction syringe. Once fat has been suctioned out, the treated area is left to heal without the need for stitches.

Recovering from Liposuction
One of the biggest advantages of liposuction is the procedure's relatively quick recovery period. It is important for patients to wear a compression garment for at least a few weeks after treatment. This compression garment minimizes swelling and helps the skin adjust to fit the body's new shape.
